Our Workshops

The workshop is an immersive, 2.5-day experience designed to strip away surface-level roles and get to the core of who people really are. Using the company’s messaging playbook as a foundation, participants explore how to develop their own authentic messaging that aligns with the organization’s unique identity and POV. Through interactive storytelling, deep group conversations, and hands-on exercises, they learn to communicate in a way that naturally proliferates the company’s mission and values. Groundbreaking neuroscience principles are woven throughout the workshop, providing valuable insights into how the brain processes authenticity and connection. Vulnerability, empathy, and courage are central to the experience as participants uncover what truly drives them and connect it to their work. It’s not about learning tactics—it’s about discovering a deeper way to lead, build trust, and inspire by tapping into authenticity. The experience creates an open, collaborative space where walls come down, real connections form, and participants leave with a renewed sense of purpose and a transformed approach to communication and influence.

We don’t practice scripts, pitches, or how to memorize qualifying questions. This is not “process” either. Not About Transactional Tactics, memorization, learning how to “overcome objections” or out-talk the person on the other side of the table.
